My passion is creating cocktails that are unique and different. I enjoy preparing something tailored to each individual’s personality and mood.
I am from India. In the midst of pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, I realized it didn’t fulfill me. My cousin was living in New Zealand and invited me to join him there, where I started working as a bartender. I soon discovered that making cocktails was my true passion. I began competing in small competitions and I enjoyed the experience of meeting people from different cultures that shared my passion.
My dream was to have my own bar, which I opened in October 2015. I truly enjoy welcoming people from around the world and creating something special for them, a mix of flavors and aromas that will awaken their senses.Travelling inspires me, sparking ideas for my signature cocktails—with which I merge different cultures to create sophisticated drinks to savor and enjoy.
Orange Zest Twist / Maraschino Cherry
Combine Reserva Exclusiva, sugar syrup, Angostura bitters and orange zest in a mixing glass with large ice. Stir vigorously and strain into an old fashioned glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with orange zest twist or Maraschino cherry.
