"Gong Express" and "The Rolling Star" food trucks Entrepreneur
I have been travelling for a long time and I’ve had the opportunity to visit over forty countries, that’s how I discovered the flavors of world street food. This adventure began in 2015, I just wanted to benefit from the huge amount of tourists visiting Italy on the occasion of Expo 2015. First, I looked for a truck to transform into a food truck, and it took me some time because I wanted my truck to convey emotions and reflect my style. After the first food truck, the Rolling Star, came its little sister Gong Express. I make Asian street food and so far it has been an amazing experience.
Sometimes I miss air conditioning and the comfy desk; but then I see people tasting my pad thai for the first time, and when I see them smiling that’s when I realize I have no regrets, at all!
I am pursuing my passion and I have made incredible discoveries, both from a professional and human point of view.I think what I used to do before is not what I am. We have to be able to reinvent ourselves, pursuing our true passions. To me it was an evolution, not a radical change.
